- Precise measurements and obstruction review
- Storage inventory and lifestyle conversation
- Inspiration photo review and style discussion
- Preliminary layout direction and a real investment range tailored to your specific space

- Resist the urge to tidy up the space! It's genuinely helpful to see what isn't working — the mess tells us more than an empty shelf ever could.
- Save any inspiration photos you'd like to share — Pinterest, Instagram, Houzz, anywhere.
- Think loosely about what frustrates you most about the space right now. That's usually where the best design opportunities are.
- We build your preliminary design and schedule a virtual Design Review meeting — typically within 1 week.
- At the Design Review, you'll see your space in a live 3D environment, explore options, and land on a true investment range.
- Many clients finalize their design and move forward at this stage. For projects requiring detailed finish and style selections, Design Refinement follows — with a modest retainer fully credited to your project.

- Have a rough sense of your budget range if you can, even a broad one. It helps us guide the conversation honestly.
- Share any inspirational photos.
- If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule your in-home discovery consultation.
- If coordinating with other trades first is needed (interior design, organizing, electrical, plumbing), we'll help point you in the right direction.
- Either way, you'll leave the call with a clearer picture of what's possible and what it might cost.
